This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are managed by Seazonal Mart. We encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order is confirmed for packing, processing, dispatch, or handover to a courier or logistics partner. Once an order reaches an advanced processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed. Delayed requests may be declined if the operational process has already started or the order has already entered shipping or handling stages.
If an order has already been packed, dispatched, or handed over to a third-party courier or logistics provider, cancellation may not be available. In such cases, the matter may instead be addressed under the Return Policy where applicable.
Seazonal Mart reserves the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, for reasons including but not limited to:
If a prepaid order is cancelled by Seazonal Mart before fulfillment, the case may be reviewed for refund or payment adjustment in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Seazonal Mart reserves the right to review, limit, suspend, or restrict service access for customers who repeatedly place non-serious orders, abuse the cancellation process, refuse valid deliveries repeatedly, or otherwise engage in conduct that causes operational loss or misuse of service.
Customers are encouraged to use official support channels to request order cancellation and should provide correct order details for timely review.
