  • The product was used, damaged, altered, washed, or mishandled after delivery
  • The issue is eligible for replacement instead of refund
  • Delivery delays occur due to courier or logistics factors while the order remains valid and in transit

4. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to case-by-case internal review. Seazonal Mart may require order details, payment proof, photographs, videos, courier evidence, customer communication records, and other relevant information before making a decision. Approval or rejection of a refund request shall remain at the reasonable discretion of Seazonal Mart, subject to applicable law.

If a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment channel, mobile financial service, bank transfer, payment gateway reversal, or another commercially reasonable method selected by Seazonal Mart.

6. Refund Timeframe

Approved refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider processing speed, banking procedures, gateway policies, verification requirements, and operational review. Seazonal Mart will make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds within a commercially practical period.

7. Abuse Prevention

Seazonal Mart reserves the right to deny refund requests involving suspicious activity, repeated misuse of customer support channels, fraudulent behavior, manipulated claims, or returns that do not comply with our published policies.
