5. Return Logistics

Return collection, customer drop-off, courier pickup, or other return arrangements may depend on the customer’s location, courier availability, product type, packaging needs, and operational feasibility. Customers may be required to cooperate with reasonable return handling instructions provided by Seazonal Mart.

6. Resolution After Approved Return

If a return is approved, the matter may be resolved through replacement, refund review, store adjustment, or another appropriate remedy depending on the specific case, business policy, and applicable law.

7. Verification and Abuse Control

Seazonal Mart reserves the right to decline any return request that appears fraudulent, misleading, repeatedly abusive, unsupported by evidence, or otherwise inconsistent with fair business practice.
